Steve began his real estate career with the Charles Dunn Company, a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Los Angeles. From here, he established the Stephen H. Johnson Company in 1988, with himself as principal broker.


With over 30 years of full time experience, Mr. Johnson has successfully completed a wide variety of single tenant, net leased investment property sales in multiple states. His clientele includes high net worth individuals, institutional real estate investment firms, investment partnerships, and commercial developers.


Steve received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Additionally, he has completed certificate programs in Marketing Real Estate and Investment Real Estate from UCLA, and he also has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM).
